Our name is a homage to Adam and Eve, tracing back to the dream of Mr. Dominic Casola. In the Seventies, he gave birth to his dream, and gave life to the Eden Roc Hotel: a true paradise on earth, with panoramic views on the sea and the pyramid of houses of Positano.

Ferragosto on the main stage
On August 15, during the Italian New Year’s Eve of the summer, experience a special evening on the panoramic terraces of the Adam and Eve restaurant, overlooking the bay of Positano.
Fireworks light up the sky and reflect over the sea for Ferragosto, illuminating the boats gathered in the bay for the occasion.
From our terraces, you will enjoy this unforgettable moment with an exclusive view and a truly atmosphere.
- À la carte Terraces → minimum spend €120 per person
- Terrazza Paradiso → minimum spend €250 per person
Availability is limited and Positano is especially busy on this day — we highly recommend booking in advance.
